Does ErgoThrive decide whether a job is safe?
No. It calculates and documents method outputs from user-supplied observations. Qualified professionals remain responsible for method selection, input quality, interpretation, and action.
How is evidence protected?
The implemented architecture uses tenant-scoped records, PostgreSQL row-level security, private storage buckets, and signed media/report URLs. A full accessibility and application-security review remains a launch gate.
Is billing active?
No. Subscription tables and server-side configuration exist, but payment activation is intentionally disabled until products, tax, webhooks, terms, and lifecycle controls are approved.
Can we use it in production today?
Commercial access is not presented as generally available. Contact Biosystems One to discuss evaluation or a controlled pilot and review the current limitations.
